    This place suits me perfectly. The 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I appreciate. I recommend trying the poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The superior king room was modern, included a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The beds here were exceptionally comfortable! The location was marvellous and awesome, not far from many good restaurants close to old town and mall, and the coast, and the view was excellent.

    Sao Luis should be proud of Hotel Luzeiros -- a modern, elegant and sophisticated hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, meeting Brazilian standards. Initially I thought that the hotel had a poor location because in spite of it been on the beach, swimming is not recommended, later I found out that there are no good beaches for bathing in Sao Luis. In spite of some small glitches, I do recommend Hotel Luzeiros and would stay there again with no hesitation.

    In the negative side, the hotel kitchen staff still has some training to go through -- two days in a row the thermos containing water for tea at the breakfast buffet was tainted with coffee; custom ordered omelettes where greasy and inedible. The room balconies had no furniture making them unusable.

    The hotel is clean, nestled in a new building with a beach restaurant. The room is neat, new-fashioned and has sea views. The location is great and awesome, specially if you want to stay walking distance to bars and restaurants. It's not too far away from Madeleine, I tried nice desserts there.

    Accessing the beach was a bit of an adventure, thanks to the unofficial path, but it was worth it for the lovely sandy stretch. The spacious balcony was perfect for enjoying the views. Breakfast each day had plenty of options, including some local dishes that were hard to resist. We took a short taxi ride to the historic center, which was definitely the highlight of our visit.

    decent stay but room access issues

    The location felt okay all time to walk around, and all taxi drivers knew the address. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety and quality, especially the regional options. The staff were kind and efficient, a lovely surprise after a long journey.

    Access to the beach from the hotel can be quite tricky. The beachfront is not easily reachable.

    It has awesome location around 4-6 minutes walk from Sao Marcos Beach. Excellent service, the breakfast is good. The staff is good and impeccable, makes sure that the place is clean.

    Luzeiros sao luiz is close to a lovely beach, even if reaching it requires a little trek. Our beautiful double room with sea view was spacious, and the breakfast had a great variety, especially the fresh juices. The outdoor pool area was also very nice.
